When placing your booking you will be required to place a 20% deposit to secure your service.

Appointments without a deposit paid will be available for others to book. 

In the case of a cancellation, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the appointment time, a 25% cancellation charge will be automatically debited from the same card that was used to make the initial deposit. 

For cancellations before 48 hours prior to the appointment time no cancellation charge applies and deposit will be refunded to the same card that was used to make the initial deposit.

In the event that a client has not arrived for their appointment and has also not called to notify the salon of their absence, a 75% no show fee will apply in addition to the initial deposit.

When rescheduling an appointment within the 48 hour cancellation period deposit for original appointment is forfeited and a new deposit will be required in addition to the cancellation charge.

For any appointments rescheduled prior to the 48 hour cancellation period initial deposit will be transferred to new appointment time.
